A little about our method of production
If you haven't heard about Vacuum Assisted Infusion (VAI) technology yet, it's about producing vacuum composite parts. The prepared fiber composition is put into the prepared mold, which is covered with a cloth under it, which sucks out all the air and creates a vacuum. Once the part is so prepared, it begins to flow through the inlet valve into the resin. The part is allowed to cure and thus the production process ends. With this technology it is possible to achieve a high quality laminate with a fiber ratio of up to 70%.
Advantages of vacuum infusion:
High fiber to resin ratio
Low resin consumption
Simple and convenient work with resin
